In my 10 years of working out at the gym
I've come to find there's a few exercises that have helped me look more toned and fit!
Here they are!
1. Lat Pulldown
Lat pulldowns are perfect for sculpting your back and shoulders, creating that flattering V-shape.
When you build up your back muscles, it helps give the illusion of a smaller waist by improving your waist-to-shoulder ratio.
Focus on pulling the bar to your chest while keeping your core tight, and you'll start seeing a more defined figure.
2. Barbell Hip Thrusts
Hip thrusts are the ultimate booty builder—seriously, they’ll take your glutes to the next level.
Place a barbell across your hips, drive through your heels, and lift your hips up, squeezing your glutes at the top.
Trust me, this one will give you that toned, lifted look, especially when paired with the right leggings.
3. Lateral Raises
Lateral raises target your shoulders, helping to create those defined, feminine lines that make your arms pop.
Grab light dumbbells and raise your arms to the side, stopping at shoulder height, and really focus on squeezing your shoulder muscles.
You’ll notice more toned arms in no time, plus it makes your posture look killer.
