The BEST & most flattering Gymshark pieces

I've been buying and wearing Gymshark activewear since the big boom of fitness influencers.

I've even been to a Gymshark meet & greet and met Cbum, Whitney Simmons, and the CEO, Ben Francis.

Over the years, they've improved many of their staple pieces, perfecting them with each new launch.

These are my TWO favourite Gymshark pieces I can't live without.

Vital Seamless 2.0 Shorts

Before the invention of the scrunch bum, we had the Vital Seamless Shorts, which I still hold true to my heart.

They're a thicker, seamless short with contours to help emphasise your glutes.

If you just pull these on without adjusting them, they don't look as flattering.

I prefer to wear them quite short, pulling the material up and around my glutes.

I also need to roll the waistband because it's a bit high on me, but I actually like the look.

They're great for lifting and running. I will say they're not my favourite for pilates or yoga, though, as I find the thick waistband a bit too restrictive.

I even found myself on Facebook Marketplace buying an older baby pink colour that’s no longer sold, and those are now my ride-or-die seamless shorts.

Minimal Sports Bra

I’ve tried LOTS of sports bras, and I prefer the minimal look.

Out of all the ones I’ve tried, the Gymshark Minimal Sports Bra is hands down my absolute favourite.

If you’re part of the itty bitty titty committee... this sports bra is SO flattering on the girlies.

You can adjust the straps on the back to create different looks.

I've even taken one of the straps off so it still provides support from the neck to the back. If I take both off, though, I find it hangs too low (the neck would need to be tighter).

Out of every brand I’ve tried—Alphalete, Muscle Nation, Do You Even, Keep That Pump, Echt, Elite Eleven, Muscle Republic, Stax—the Gymshark Minimal Sports Bra is my go-to.

If I didn't make myself wear something different, I'd reach for this EVERY DAY!

The white is my favourite, and I love matching it with my coloured shorts.

Gymshark sells A LOT of stuff, but these are the two pieces I continue to buy when they release new colours.
